Well here we are. Another MANIC MOMDAY. And here I am. Today marks day 30 of Mammakaze! Woo-Hoo!

And they said it wouldn’t last. I know as blogs go, Mammakaze is not even in its infancy. It’s more like the zygote stage. But it feels like I’ve been doing this FOREVER…Not in a “standing in line for the Peter Pan ride at Disneyland” kind of forever. But in that same forever way I feel about Julia. Like I look at her and feel like she’s always been a part of my life, even though she hasn’t. Does that make sense?

Thanks to all of you who have followed me to this milestone!  I’ve gotten into a groove here. Still evolving stylistically and with content. Also learning the ins and outs of the blogosphere. Oh and working on getting my traffic up. Boy is THAT complicated. But hopefully you all will continue SPREADING THE WORD! Forward the website and posts that you like to friends!

So what’s in store this week? Well, with summer coming, and the idea of getting into a swimsuit and parading myself at the community pool at the forefront of my nightmares thoughts, some of my posts are thusly inspired. We’ve got:
