It’s Labor Day! Woo-Hoo! Here’s hoping that you have the day off and that you’re not actually engaging in any labor, work or birthing-wise. 

Because as I understand it, Labor Day is really about chips, beer, burgers and relatives who say embarrassing things in front of your friends.

It’s also a chance to say a final goodbye to summer before the onslaught of the fall holidays. (Whose idea was it to put Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas all in a row?!?)

 

For this MAMMAKAZE, Labor Day is a chance for our family to spend some quality time together… snuggled in a dark air-conditioned room with our gas masks on to avoid the smoke from the fires.

It’s a long-winded way for me to say…
